Warranty and Return policy

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please inform our Customer Services Team as soon as possible. Email Us at [email protected] to initiate a request for an exchange. We will do our best to help identify any faults, offer troubleshooting tips for quick solutions or supply you with the necessary information to return the faulty product.
Please provide as much information as possible including the ORDER #, FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, and REASONS for the return. Please note that you may be requested to provide photos and/or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the item(s) back to us.

Damaged Goods in Transit

Our 28-day warranty comes into effect from the day the items are delivered. 

Faulty Goods

You can report faulty goods within 6 months of your purchase date.

 

Upon receipt of the returned goods, if the item is defective we can offer you a replacement.

Please note, the customer bears the cost of returning the order, and the shipping expenses for delivering the order to the customer are non-refundable. We don’t accept any returns that haven’t been confirmed or approved. 

Consumable items such as e-juice are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to Mariovaper, while Mariovaper will cover the shipping costs for returning the item to the customer. It is important to note that the incurred shipping cost is non-refundable or non-creditable.

What falls outside the scope of our warranty?

Our warranty does not cover e-liquids.

Any failure or damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs.

Failure or damage resulting from excessive force, such as dropping or abusive handling.

Failure or damage resulting from usage that deviates from the recommended operating instructions (refer to the usage manual for instructions).

Damage or failure caused by improper use, including water damage, juice spillage, or fire damage.

Loss or damage due to missing components.

Damage to the device’s finish (cosmetic issues) or scratches resulting from a brushed finish.

Rattling or sticky buttons.

Modifying a product in any way automatically voids the warranty.

Defects caused by normal wear and tear or natural aging of the product.

Items that fall outside the warranty period.

What does our warranty cover?

Battery-related issues, such as unexpectedly turning off while firing.

Unit auto-firing.

Malfunctions in the chip.

Please be aware that minor flaws in some products may occur during the manufacturing process. We can only accept exchanges for items that are defective (malfunctioning).
